B day

Good morning,

I am glad to see you today!  Please come in and get settled quickly.  You need to order your lunch and wash your hands.  Next, please update your reading status.  Lastly, I'd like you to pull out the Math page from yesterday, p. 310 and complete it.

I know there is a lot of talk about the impending weather.  It is kind of cool that during a time we are learning about extreme weather, we are experiencing it first hand!  I urge you all to stay safe and be smart with the cold!

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey

A day

Hello there,

Did you enjoy your snow day on Friday?  I bet you did!  (I did, too!)

Please order your lunch and wash your hands.  Next, you should read the new poem.  What verbs do you see in the poem?  Do you see any adjectives?  Once you have read the poem a few times, you can switch to working on the vocabulary page from last week.  If you have defined all of the words, you can study the definitions!

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey

F day

Happy Fruity Friday,

I can't wait to see your colorful clothes.  (Did you notice the suffixes in that sentence!)  Please order your lunch and wash your hands.  Next, you should take a picture or two with your ipad.  The picture should represent this week's learning.  When you are done, please use Math Bingo.

While you are up, please turn in any spelling or camping pages.  I think the camping book we made is going to be super cute!  Thank you for your efforts!

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey

Thanks for coming to school today. Did you remember to wear orange?  Today, you will make some hypotheses about the plates. What statements do you believe to be true about this strange phenomenon?

Please order your lunch and wash your hands.  While you are up, you should turn in your spelling homework.  Next, please update your reading status.  Finally, please work on Math book page 299.  You should do numbers 3-7.  Numbers 5-7 should be done in your math log.

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey
