F day

Welcome Rain Drop Dodgers,

For some reason, I LOVE a rainy Monday morning.  It makes me glad to be here with all of you!  Please read the message, order your lunch and wash your hands.  There is a lot to do this morning, so please stay focused.

First, please read the new poem.  Think about the author's message in this poem.  What is Langston Hughes trying to say?  Next, please number the pages in your new pink packet. You should number from page 1 to page 16.  Finally, please complete page 1.  If there is still time when you are done, you can get your ipad and vote for today's weather word at www.wgrz.com.  There is a link to this site from my webpage under the "Frequently Used Websites" heading.

Remind me to show you last week's collage today!

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey

E day

Good morning,

I look forward to working with you today on Spirit Day.   Please wash your hands, read the message and order your lunch. Please also return your library books. When that is done, please write your seed idea on the post-it note and bring that to morning meeting.  Finally, please pick up your iPad and take a picture to represent your learning from this week. If you still have time, check out the new app called "Opposites."

Kindly,
Mrs. Harvey
