Do NOT go to your desk. Do NOT put down your chair. When you are done reading the message, please put all of your supplies in a neat pile on the rug. Next, order your lunch and wash your hands. Finally, go to the rug and read your new poem with a partner. This poem can be put into your clips when you are done reading. While you are waiting read some of the other poems with your partner.
You will head to your desk as soon as we can discuss the rules. I hope this will happen shortly after announcements.
