Hello Lucky Kids,

Thanks for coming to school today!  I look forward to learning with you.  Please wash your hands and order your lunch.  Next, I'd like you to find the area of the shape below.



Please write the area in your math notebook.  Don't forget to label your answer with square units.  Once that is done, please write your name on your new math packet.  I'd like you to work on Daily Common Core Page 8-3.   You should complete at least 1/2 of the problems before we leave for Library.
