Hello there,

I hope you had a terrific weekend.  I am sorry I can't be here with you this morning, but I will return before lunch!  In the meantime, thank you for having a great start to your day.

Please order your lunch and wash your hands.  Next, you should read today's poem and put it in your poetry folder.  Next, please number your spelling pretest paper from 1-26.  Finally, please re-read "Freddie in the Shades" with a partner.  We will be doing some work with this story this afternoon.

You will need to be efficient to get everything done!
