Dear Scientists,

Hello.  Today, you will take the hands-on portion of the NYS Science test.  It is a test that requires you to read and follow the directions carefully.  Let's practice here.  

Directions:  Read this entire message before doing anything else.

I need you to take care of your three jobs.  Next, update your reading status.  After that, please complete Math box 10.13.  Finally, please pick up your ipad and check out the new app photon.

If you are still reading this and haven't done anything yet- good job.  I don't want you to do any of the above jobs.  Your real jobs are to order, wash and cut out your clown.  You should glue your clown to the piece of paper I gave you.  Next, pick up your ipad and use the new app called Motion Math.  

I will lead a quick morning meeting right after announcements.  Our test starts at 8:00 so we won't have time for sharing.
