Happy Wednesday!

Please come on in and wash your hands.  While you are ordering your lunch, please ponder what character wanted something in your reading last night.  I would love for your reading status to sound like this:

                            _____ wanted __________, but _____________. 

You will have to fill in the blanks with text evidence from your book.  Be sure to use proper punctuation.  When that is done, please start pondering how you can make this week's mentor sentence better.  We will work on that later today.  You should also work with a partner to practice this week's poem.
